COTF stands for "Car of the Future" and is the new platform that the V8 Supercar series is moving towards. Basically, the COTF moves away from a modified version of a production vehicle with its own independent chassis, but will retain all the features that make up a standard vehicle (doors, headlights, etc..). These will be the cars that will race in the 2013 season in Austin, Texas.
Ford has been testing their vehicle, and here are some pictures of Winterbottom and Davison testing the car in Victoria, Australia.
