The Spec-B is Gone...What Now?

Spec B

Admitting you have a problem is the first step towards understanding you have a problem. In my case, my insurance company denied my car coverage renewal due to suspicion of me running a car dealership. I have been through 5 cars in the past year. That is the most you can buy in the state of Virginia within a year before you have to declare yourself as a dealer, so no rules broken. I have a new policy and all is good, but this is what I have been up to recently.

2008 Subaru Legacy GT Spec B: Club Dirty Revival

Club Dirty Spec B

I have never seen a facelifted Subaru Legacy GT Spec B until this year. That's because they are somewhat rare, but packed with a ton of options any automotive enthusiast would be proud of. That makes me proud to own a 2008 Subaru Legacy GT Spec B, with some miles.

The V8 Supercars felt at home in Texas for the inaugural Austin 400 at Circuit of the Americas. It was an extremely hot weekend, with temperatures just under 100 degrees fahrenheit. The cabin in the race cars reached upwards of 140 degrees.

2013 Cars and Coffee: Charlottesville

This was one of the first Cars and Coffees for 2013 in Charlottesville. I did not know what to expect besides it being a smaller car meet than Richmond, since this was my first time at a C-ville meet. I was impressed by the turnout and was happy to see one of my friends from Richmond at the meet. A Mercedes SLS AMG made an appearance, so you know that there are some car enthusiasts to be found here.

Club Dirty Approved: Subaru Leone STI Build

The Leone is not what you typically imagine when you hear the name Subaru. The Leone is the predecessor to the Subaru Impreza, which we can all be thankful for. I'm not exactly sure on how to pronounce Leone, but for the purpose of this post you should just refer to it as badass (bad-ass).

How Cars Intertwine Into Our Lives

I have been wayy too busy looking up cars, as I have decided that I am in the market for a new car. My 2004 Dodge Neon SRT-4 has been great to me for almost 3 years. I love it, but have started falling out of love ever since I entertained the idea of something different.

2013 and the Many Changes!

Happy 2013!

Club Dirty Auto has been put on the back burner for the past month, as I have accepted a new job position and am relocating to Charlottesville, Virginia! All of this is very exciting, but the life transition has taken its toll on the amount of content here at Club Dirty Auto...but not for long!

Be on the lookout for "How my $1000 Jeep Wrangler Wasn't a Scam: Part 2" and other car coverage this January! Edit: Oops. Too busy watching videos of dyno pulls gone bad.

2013 will be an extremely exciting year, so be sure to check out the page for new content and feel free to stop by the Facebook page.

I wish you all a great 2013, and a generous tax return season to supplement your automotive needs!
